What is a factory check up?

As you know, the corona virus brought an uncertainty issues about the opening date for most of the factories in China.
First, we would like to send our best wishes, a lot of health and a fast recovery to our partners and employees in China.
We are sure that you get mixed information from your Chinese partners.  Don't worry, We are on the same situation due to the uncertainty and different government instructions in each province.
In order to help our costumer to deal with the current situation we are providing a quick factory check up (do the factory work in full scale, how many workers came back to work etc.).
This service will provide our customers a real snapshot of the factory so they could take the decisions about how to proceed. 
As far as we know, the production in most of the factories should be renewed on February 10th.
f the situation remains the same,  it would probably take some time for the workers from remote areas to go back to work, so it will affect the capacity of the factory.
