Factory audit.
The best way to know if you should trust a supplier or not.
What is a factory audit for?
Are you working with a factory or an agent? Working directly with a factory ensures that you can always contact the right people involved in the production process when you need to. Is this the main or secondary manufacturer of your product? Many product parts are manufactured with subcontractors. We help make sure the factory you consider is the main manufacturer of the product you want to buy. Many times, we find out that the factory we are checking produces only 10% of the product’s parts. In this case the buyer has virtually no control over the quality, as 90% of the product has not been checked. We will document the factory’s main production machines and process so you know if they are the main manufacturer or a subcontractor. Do you have the right factory contact details? You must have more than one contact person in the factory you use. We will gather all the information you need so you’ll be able to contact your supplier for current and future orders. This includes multiple contact names, business cards, website pages, addresses, factory name and registration number, and tax approval status. Are standards and quality system procedures in place? We check the workstations and factory standards to get a clear picture of their quality control standards. Does the factory have regulations for quality control, do its standards meet international ones, and how does it keep up control over the production stages? Does the factory use safe and efficient storage and loading methods? Our quality assurance technicians even check the storage and warehouse and the loading area for finished goods. How does a factory audit work?
How will you get the factory audit results? You can watch a live broadcast of the inspection as well as receive live statistics of the inspection results. You don't need to wait. You see it all in real time! Price: $300 |
