What is a deep inspection used for?

After approving production, your focus may turn to other tasks on your to-do list and not stay on the production process. This quality control inspection makes sure that your supplier stays up to date and sets a very high quality level for your first orders.
 
Decrease payment amounts
During the inspection you might find major quality issues that can postpone the shipment, or minor but visible defects that will affect your product sales and brand reputation. If this occurs, you have the right to pressure your supplier and demand to decrease the shipment costs. This will make the supplier increase their quality and attention to detail for future orders and will increase your product’s overall quality.
 
Inspect up to 15 parameters
 The comprehensive inspection allows a thorough check of up to 15 parameters. These can cover issues such as compliance with specifications, artwork and colors, packaging and labeling, loading, and documentation.
 
How does it work?

• Fill in the factory address, contact person’s name and cell phone number. Add a product image and a short description on our website, and choose the 10 relevant parameters you would like us to check from our list.
• The project manager will send you the final inspection plan for approval. He will also find the right quality technician for the coming inspection who will be available for your questions.
• The QA technician team will contact the factory and schedule the earliest date and time for the inspection. We will let you know about the final time.
• Watch the inspection online, and get feedback once the inspection is over.
