How does it work?

• Fill in the factory address, contact person’s name and business phone number. Include a product image and short description on our website, and choose relevant parameters you would like us to check from our list.
• The QA project manager sends you the final inspection plan for approval. He will also find the right quality technician for the coming inspection who will be available for your questions.
• The skilled technician contacts the factory and schedules the earliest possible time for the inspection. We will let you know when it will occur.
• Watch the inspection online, and get feedback once the inspection is over.

 
What kind of results do you get?
Watch the live broadcast of the inspection as our technicians complete it. Then, view the details for the inspection results. There is no need to wait for results when you can tune in and watch.
