The basic and cost-effective inspection
What is it used for?
Low value orders - With low value orders your general budget is low. However, quality inspection is a must have action to prevent future losses, unexpected expenses and bad product reputation.
Well known and qualified supplier - For some of your suppliers it will not be the first time they are manufacturing a certain product for you, you trust them, and you have already straitened the quality levels with them. What you need is a short check with different parameters for every shipment to ensure the production of every order is as thorough as if it were the first order even though the factory “knows” your product.
Basic inspected parameters – With the sprint inspection you can check up to 6 parameters of the product, dealing with issues such as compliance with specifications, art works and colors, packaging and labeling, loading and docs.
Pre-shipping samples inspection – Some of your samples are big and have high courier expenses, you want to be sure that the samples you are about to send are qualified and well packed.
Set-up inspection before mass production – The setup of the production line for your product is a crucial point that will affect each of the items you will manufacture in this batch. You want to be 100% sure that the first products that come out of the production line after the first setup are good to go and match the specifications you provided to the supplier. The sprint inspection can also go through some individual items (up to 10), in which case you can verify up to 20 parameters of the product.
How does it work?
►fill in the factory address, contact person’s name and cell phone, add a product image and a short description in our web site and choose the 6 relevant parameters you would like to check from our parameters’ list.
►our project manager will send you the final inspection flow for approval and he will find the right quality technician for the coming inspection; he will be available for your questions and remarks.
►our team will contact the factory and schedule the soonest date and time for the inspection, you will be informed about the final time.
►watch the inspection online and get a feedback once the inspection is over.
Results?
You will be able to check the live broadcast of the inspection as well as live statistics for the inspection results. You don't need to wait, you see it all in real time!
